How do I schedule a pick up?

Customer can call, email or text at any point prior to 8:30am Tuesday to schedule a pick up. Each planned pick up accounts for one bag credit. If you want to make it reoccurring no problem! Just let us know and we can set a schedule that works best for you!

How can I get bags? Do I need to put my name on them?

With your first order you will leave your laundry in disposable bags for our driver to pick up. When we return your clean laundry, we will include your personalized laundry bags. Once you have these bags you can use them for future orders.

If you ever need a replacement just ask!

How big are the laundry bags?

Each personalized laundry bag has a 30 pound capacity. Do not overstuff and make sure to securely fasten.

Do you clean comforters?

Throw or small blankets are included in the price of your laundry credit. For ones that are larger there is a separate charge due to size. All comforters will be cleaned and bagged separately.

What if I need clothes separated for different people?

No worry! Just put each persons clothes in a separate bag and they will be folded or hung accordingly

Do we need to separate colors?

No, just leave that to us! All wash and fold items will be separated based on colors.

In addition all garments will be carefully inspected and accounted for before and after production. Although our products help with stain removal for the serious ones we strongly recommend getting them dry cleaned.

How are Clothes Packed for Delivery?

All wash and fold garments are going to be folded crisply and air sealed in plastic wrap(We recycle) to protect the integrity of the folding or hung covered in plastic to protect your freshly cleaned clothes from dust particles.

Did you miss your pick up?

Prior to each delivery we will send a reminder to help the customer be prepared for their pick up. If the customer forgets to schedule a pick up prior to 8:30 or to place bag out we can make a special trip for an extra 10$. If for any reason it was a mistake on our end we will gladly forgo this charge and correct the issue!

What if there’s vomit, feces or any other foreign material besides dirt, food, etc…?

We will only accept garment if customer removes any excess material. In addition we will charge an additional 10$ because they will be specially handled, washed separately and washer will need to be treated.

What happens with any unused credits?

All credits not used will be attributed to the customers account
